New Vision Zero Dashboard now online!

We are happy to announce the new Vision Zero Dashboard is now live!

This new desktop tool provides an easy-to-use interface for everyone to see Vision Zero stats at a glance and learn about police-reported collisions that happen in your area. Using data such as this helps SDOT to plan and prioritize projects around the city equitably.

Thanks to the passage of the Transportation Levy to Move Seattle, SDOT has the ability to improve safety and mobility for all travelers through:

  • Engineering – Improving the existing transportation infrastructure to provide safety for everyone.
  • Enforcement – While engineering can make streets safer, we have enforcement to target risky behaviors.
  • Education and Public Engagement – We hope to change the way people behave by highlighting the impacts of the Vision Zero initiative and educating everyone to look out for each other. Yard signs are a great way to encourage safety in your neighborhood!

Please share the dashboard link and Vision Zero safety resources with your friends, family, and co-workers to promote safety all around you.
