The project to improve Westlake Square – the triangular section of property bordered by Stewart Street, Sixth Avenue and Westlake Avenue – both began and finished this month. We suggest visiting the refurbished area in person over the holiday weekend, at night when you can enjoy the blue glow of the new inlaid solar-powered pedestrian lighting.
