There are more than 6,000 discounted, short-term parking spaces available just a few steps from holiday festivities, shopping, dining, music and events in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, Central Waterfront, and Retail Shopping District.


Pioneer Square and Waterfront garages have rates of $3 an hour for up to four hours. Several Retail Shopping area garages are now offering low evening and weekend rates of $7 or less. Many of the participating garages feature e-Park, with up-to-the-minute parking availability, so you can see where there are available spots for you! is part of a larger effort to help drivers find parking in Pioneer Square and the waterfront during Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Program construction. Led by the Washington State Department of Transportation, the City of Seattle and Downtown Seattle Association, the parking mitigation program helps maintain the vitality of Pioneer Square and the waterfront as major commerce hubs and tourist destinations.
