Signal boxes are metal boxes located at each signalized intersection in the city. The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is working with the Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs to transform these boxes into a site for community artwork that represents the neighborhood and engages pedestrians.
