Text Talk Ticket

Billboard to be installed on Aurora Ave N next week

A driver talking on a cell phone is as impaired as a driver with a .08 blood-alcohol level.

A driver who is texting is as impaired as a driver with a .16 blood-alcohol level.  That’s double the legal limit!

Keep our streets safe and park your phone!

As of Thursday, June 10th, Washington’s new cell phone law is in effect.  It’s now illegal to hold a phone to your ear or send text messages while driving.  And if the Seattle Police Department or the Washington State Patrol see you doing either, they’ll pull you over and give you a $124 ticket.  For more reasons why you should hang up and drive visit http://texttalkticket.com/
