What ‘s 5″ by 4 1/4 “, weather and tear proof, and can take you all over Seattle? It may sound sort of like an Orca card, but if you guessed the latest version of SDOT’s Seattle Bike Map, you are correct! Designed to fit neatly into a pocket or backpack, when the bike map is unfolded it divides Seattle into two parts, one half on one side and the other half on the other side.
The maps are free. They can be obtained from SDOT online at: http://www.seattle.gov/transportation/bikemaps.htm or you can call the Bicycle Alliance of Washington at (206) 224-0252 or pick one up at their office located in Pioneer Square at 314 First Avenue S.
SDOT is always looking for ways to improve its bike map, so if you have any suggestions, please write us at walkandbike@seattle.gov or call (206) 684-7583.
