This week, crews will continue to focus on concrete pavement on the west side of Fairview Avenue N between Mercer Street and Harrison Street and underground electrical work at Fairview Avenue N and Valley Street.
Activities this week include:
- Begin sewer work and tie-in at Boren Avenue N and Valley Street.
- Continue pavement removal and grading on Fairview Avenue N between Valley Street and Mercer Street in preparation for rebuilding the roadway.
- Continue concrete pavement installation on west side of Fairview Avenue N between Mercer Street and Harrison Street.
- Continue Seattle City Light electrical duck bank work on Fairview Avenue N between Mercer Street and Valley Street.
- Continue pole foundation installation for future street lights on west sides of Fairview Avenue N between Mercer Street and Harrison Street.
Traffic engineers will continue to:
- Monitor traffic flow on Mercer Street.
- Monitor traffic flow at the Dexter Avenue N and Mercer Street intersection.
