Join the Seattle Fire and Police Departments in a short ceremony to commemorate the 20-year anniversary of 9/11 | This event will be live-streamed on Saturday, September 11, from 11:00 – 11:30 a.m. by the Seattle Channel

We invite you to remember the lives that were lost on September 11, 2001, through a video live-streamed ceremony on Saturday morning.

On Saturday, September 11, the Seattle Fire and Police Departments will live-stream a small ceremony to commemorate the 20-year anniversary of 9/11. The ceremony begins at 11 a.m. and will end around 11:30 a.m.

While we would have hoped to have been together in person, this is an opportunity to gather as a community virtually to remember the lives that were lost that day and the lives that were forever changed. The honor guards and pipes and drums from both departments will be part of the ceremony. We are also sharing a special invitation to all veterans who are interested in participating to join us virtually at this event.
