Come visit us!

At the Hispanic Seafair Festival, Sonia Palma converses in Spanish with a festival attendee.

Another photo from the Hispanic Festival at the Seattle Center. Children find our “cut-out” irresistible.

This weekend, August 6-8, we’ll be participating in the Umoja Fest African American Heritage Festival being held at Judkins Park.  Just look for our large S.D.O.T. banner and colorful “cut-out.”

You may have seen us at other community summer events – at the Pista sa Nayon Filipino-American community celebration this past Sunday in Seward Park, at The Hispanic Seafair Festival at the Seattle Center a week ago, and in mid-July at the Seattle Indian Days Pow Wow held in Discovery Park. Come visit us and learn about all the work we’re doing in your community, about the Mayor’s Walk Bike Ride Initiative, and be sure to bring your camera so you can pose with our popular “cut-out”. We will be at event on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  We look forward to seeing you there!
