We’ve finished lowering speed limits on most streets in Seattle, but our work doesn’t stop here. We continue to improve the safety of our streets to prevent collisions & save lives.

Summary: We completed our work to lower speed limits to 25 mph on most major streets in Seattle & installed nearly 2,500 new speed limit signs! Case studies conducted in five Seattle neighborhoods help us understand the impact of these changes.
